PEAK HOURS


  • Timing 6:00AM to 10:00AM & 6:00PM to 10:00PM
  • Includes Weight Training, Cardio, Group Activities
  • Group Activities like Yoga, Aerobics, Abs, Spining, Circuit Training, Tabata, Hips & Thighs, Streaching batch
  • Changing room, Steam, Shower, Lockers also available
  • 5 General trainers are available to assist you
  • 2 days a week of body measurement, BMI, BMR, FAT PERCENT are count

OFF PEAK HOURS


  • Timing 11:00AM to 05:00PM
  • Includes Weight Training, Cardio, Group Activities
  • Group Activities like Yoga, Aerobics, Abs, Spining, Circuit Training, Tabata, Hips & Thighs, Streaching batch
