PEAK HOURS
- Timing 6:00AM to 10:00AM & 6:00PM to 10:00PM
- Includes Weight Training, Cardio, Group Activities
- Group Activities like Yoga, Aerobics, Abs, Spining, Circuit Training, Tabata, Hips & Thighs, Streaching batch
- Changing room, Steam, Shower, Lockers also available
- 5 General trainers are available to assist you

OFF PEAK HOURS
- Timing 11:00AM to 05:00PM
